Each one of them came from great ancestral backgrounds , real authentic journeys of life , each one carries great qualities and values that can uplift and benefit all of us , at the same time each and every one needs to receive qualities , values and virtues in balance and harmony for their own favours and their loved ones interests too.

We all came up to an agreement when we carved ( Compassupport) that we all practice the (original way of living) in our daily casual life & in our official business or events, especially in terms of the ethical environmental business approaches we have or receive on daily basis . our core values are based on the concept that all civilizations around the world throughout the history of this creation was based on spiritual solid authentic foundation that gives us a sense of joy , and an essence of the art of living together as nations and tribes in true non ideal harmony which is also based on ethical environmental mutual felt love and respect where we take care of each one sacredness, individuality ,creativity ,privacy ,divinity , freedom of choice , wellness , safety and security . We are all eager to uplift our spirit in the healthiest most moderate way; we think talk and act together to align all those energies we receive and produce with the aspects or components of our life journeys which is (soul, body, mind, emotions, heart, and spirit).

Many of our team members came from leadership ancestral roots or medicine men& women, teachers, coaches, manufacturers, inventors, traders, educators, innovators, farmers, engineers, scientists. Etc. the true scale of measuring any civilization of society or community is the ( true feelings of its residents locals or expats) HOW THEY TRULY FEEL not HOW big are the buildings and just focusing on the material physical aspects, although it is important and essential however it is just a component of the scale but not all the scale ,we always need to focus on the details , emotions , wellness ( mental, physical ,environmental , also considering all the surroundings Eco systematically ) and mostly the core of the SCALE is ( OUR FEELINGS OF THE EXPERIENCE ) , this is why the word (customer) was an old terminology used by (CUSTOMER RELATISNSHIP MANAGERS ) before the evolution of the hospitality industry OR service sector they are now called (GUESTS & MEMBERS). The evaluation of the performance of the team was based on the reviews only but now it is evaluated based on the (ENTIRE EXPERIENCE) which is (HOW THEY FELT ABOUT THE SERVICE) It is so detailed that it also consider all the senses i.e in the skin care (dermatology industry or airways) they ask about the music played, the lights, the smell, the atmosphere are they truly comforted, treated with respect, love, honour? Did they feel safe and secure ?so the focus here in (HOW THEY FELT ABOUT IT ) not how BIG HUGE EXPESIVE THE FACILITIES OR LUXURIOUS IS the INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR OR FURNITURE AND WHAT THE SERVICE TEAM IS WEARING or the LATEST TECHNOLOGY USED FOR SECURITY SYSTEM BUT THEY GOT HACKED OR STOLEN OR FELT UNSAFE , SO QAP (QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM ) is a must which is focused more about the true experience off course from an honest guest not FRAUD OR SCAM SHOPPER sent to disturb the REPUTATION MANAGEMENT/IMAGE performance which our system easily identify and filter .

Many societies communities around the world have great production media in their cities that focus on the IDEAL way of living but when you walk in their cities and neighbourhoods , talk to its residents and check the pulses of their feelings the do no feel any of that , they do not feel perfection, they do not feel well, they do not feel true happiness , joy , they do not feel equality is practiced in a healthy way they still have this separation because of their gender race ethnic group and religion , they get abused and feel their spirit ( Down ) OUR FOCUS IS TO UPLIFT THIS spirit together in the healthiest original way without sophistication or protocols or unnecessary energies , and once everyone truly feel it on ground then we can say we achieved our vision and we are steady ready to celebrate .
